Set your browser for Never Dial a Connection
or attach a phone cord from the phone jack to your internal phone modem
or connedt your Serial port to an external Phone Modem
or connect your Network Interface Card to a Cable modem with an ethernet cable and connect the Mocem to the Cable line or DSL line

That message is saying that the computer is trying to dial out on the phone lines and cant find a modem to dial out on. So if you are connected to Cable or DSL tell the browser to stop trying to dial out. If you dont have a cable or DSL connection then you need to provide a Dialup path
